We hope that you love your new item. In the unlikely event that it is not quite right, we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund.
No two items are the same and slight variations due to the nature and individuality of each piece are to be expected and embraced within the Beubelet range. These differences are completely normal and what makes your piece unique.
To return something to us please complete the returns section of the dispatch note enclosed with your items.
Simply tick the product code you wish to return and select the return code reason. You should enclose the dispatch note within your packaging and return the item in the condition it was received and in its original packaging by post no later than 14 days from date of receipt.
Items received more than 14 days from original receipt of goods and before 28 days will be eligible for a credit note to the value of the purchase price value at the time of sale.
Please ensure to obtain proof of postage and consider using a reliable, tracked service. We cannot be held responsible for allocating refunds for lost or undelivered items.
Delivery charges for the return or exchange of goods is exempt from refund.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges for items received after 28 days.
If you return items that have been damaged whilst in your possession, within the 14 day or 28 day refund or exchange period, a refund or exchange will be void.
We are sorry but there are some items, such as earrings and hair accessories, that cannot be returned for a refund or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
Each item is carefully checked in quality control before being lovingly wrapped and placed in a secure shipping box. However, In the event that an item becomes damaged in transit please send a full description stating the damage along with photographic evidence, within 24 hours of receipt, by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will examine the item upon its return and confirm by reply to your e-mail the action being taken and, if applicable, begin the process to exchange or refund your purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
